Learn to take care of your hands and wrists and you'll get the safest, most efficient workout possible. After the initial training period, you'll earn your first pair of hand wraps. Once we get your hands wrapped, we'll step your training up from there!

Discover what it means to box with authority by learning the proper footwork and technique for throwing combinations that will get you out on top in a fight! Being physically strong helps, but having a strong base will help you more.
